Join the Movement

This is what change looks like when we do it together ..

Since 2015, Ramps on the Moon has been helping to drive a powerful anti-ableist movement across the arts. Enriching lives by elevating disabled people into the hear of arts organisations.

Together, we have challenged systems, changed practices, opened doors and created opportunities that simply did not exist before.

We’ve asked difficult questions. We’ve shared ideas.

We’ve made mistakes, learned, listened and tried again.

And, most importantly, we’ve shown what is possible when disabled and non-disabled people, artists, leaders and organisations work together to create meaningful, lasting change.

And the movement keeps growing..

The Constellations of Change Event was a celebration of everything we have built together, and everything we are continuing to change.

It was a room full of people who are actively shaping a different future for the arts. Breaking down barriers. Challenging systems. Embedding anti-ableism. Creating greater access, representation and opportunity.

This isn’t a vision for change. This is change happening right now.

And it is happening because people are coming together, sharing knowledge, challenging the status quo and making disability equality a reality across the arts.

This is change. And it is happening now

The work doesn’t stop here.

We’re continuing to build the anti-ableist movement across the arts, creating space for people to learn, question, lead, share and make change happen.

There is more to do.

More barriers to challenge.
More stories to tell.
More voices to hear.
More doors to open.

And there is a place for you in it
