We’d love to offer you the opportunity to join Ramps on the Moon’s groundbreaking Anti-Ableism Change Programme and become part of a rapidly growing movement with a third Cohort of senior leaders from across the cultural sector. We’ll meet around once a month during 2027; the programme will give you the platform to learn, reflect and develop practical approaches for creating meaningful, lasting organisational change where disabled people can thrive.

The programme is designed to supercharge your organisation’s journey towards embedding anti-ableism into your culture, leadership and ways of working.

You do not need to have all the answers. What matters is a commitment to listen, learn and lead change.

The first cohort of the Ramps on the Moon cohort - about 25 people - are all gathered as a crowd in front of a floor to ceiling black curtain. They are all holding a placard in a silent protest against ableism.
