Ramps on the Moon integrates disabled and non- disabled performers and practitioners. This programme aims to achieve a step change in the employment and artistic opportunities for disabled performers and creative teams , and a cultural change in the participating organisations to enable accessibility to become a central part of their thinking and aesthetics.
We found an incredible tracker tool from the National Theatre Data Studio’s latest tool to help companies and theatres achieve greater diversity in their casts. This Tracker, developed in association with the National Theatre Data Studio, is a planning tool which enables theatre companies to:
- identify clear aims and timeframes around diversifying their casts
- monitor progress towards goals on an ongoing basis
- capture data giving a nuanced picture of diversity across their artistic programme
